The EZCellGene 38-430 Media Bottle Assembly is a ready-to-use, single-use solution for media & reagent transfer in cell culture & bioprocessing workflows. Each assembly features VersaCap technology with two integrated 1/16" ID hose barbs for vent filtration & fluid transfer. Assemblies are available with Plug, male or female Luer lock, or MicroCNX Connector by CPC to support flexible process connections. All components are made from USP Class VI–compliant materials & are gamma irradiated for immediate use.

Made To Order MTO Single Use Sterile 2000mL (2L) PETG Media Bottle Assembly w/ Tubing and Vent Filters. EZBio MTO Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies include a 2-port 53B VersaCap assembly with 1/8" ID (3.2mm) x 1/4" OD (6.4mm) EZBio® TPE Tubing and diptube. This bottle assembly features a CPC MPC connector that allows for quick connections and the ability to transfer media easily with less risk of error. Additionally, all bottle assemblies include a 0.2µm Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter that allows for ventilation while preventing media from escaping in the event of a spill. EZBio "MTO" Single Use Media Bottle Assemblies also include an extra closed cap for storage and a ratchet style pinch clamp that allows the user to control flow into the container or close off the line entirely. The EZBio "MTO" Bottle Assembly is the perfect option to phase out costly stainless steel apparatuses that are expensive to clean and validate. USP Class VI components, Gamma Irradiated in USA.

Designed for fluid transfer and storage, this assembly features an angled shoulder for smooth pouring and molded grips for a secure hold, even with gloves. With Foxx's patented VersaCap, these assemblies need no machining, ideal for single-use applications.
Each assembly includes EZBiopure TR Bottle, Open Cap with Adapter, Close Cap for Storage, TPE Tubing (ID 1/8” × OD ¼”), Fittings with Male & Female Connectors(CPC MPC/AQS or Plug), Diptube for Precise Draw, 0.22µm Vent Filter, Ratchet-Style Pinch Clamp. Bottle ONLY, Amber, 5L, Media Storage, GL-45. Heavy duty bottle which can be used for storage as well as mixing and sampling. Glass bead indicates full capacity line on 100mL through 2L size. Bottles have permanent white enamel graduations and marking spots. Optional red PBT caps and red ETFE pouring rings are available for dry heat sterilization (180°C). CAUTION: Bottles larger than 2L should NOT be used with bottle top filter units, or in other applications involving vacuum pressure, as breakage may occur. DO NOT have caps tightened immediately after autoclaving as the vacuum resulting from cooling can cause breakage. A pouring ring is not included on 25mL size. A vented cap is NOT recommended for use on the 5L and 10L bottle.
